KERRY HITCHCOCK DIRECTOR
Kerry Hitchcock has a long history and extensive hands on experience in a variety of fields, from Property and Funds Management to agency marketing, asset management and the development of property from residential and commercial through to retail and student accommodation.
Highly regarded for his comprehensive knowledge throughout these industries Kerry is head trouble-shooter for Fidelta. His added governance as the former Managing Director of publicly listed property company NPT Ltd. he also holds directorships with Tamaki Regeneration, Port Marlborough New Zealand Ltd, Northcote Road 1 Holdings Limited (Smales Farm) and Charta Funds Management Ltd.
Kerry has been involved in the property sector since 1983, is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors with degrees in Accounting and Law.
ANTON JACOBS FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Anton has worked with Kerry on a number projects and is the Financial Controller for Fidelta Group, Charta Real Estate Ltd and Charta Funds Management.
Prior to his work in the Funds Management and Development industries he was the Senior Auditor with Grant Thornton in Auckland. A qualified Chartered Accountant through the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, he also gained Honours in B.Compt at the University of South Africa.
Highly skilled Anton has solid experience in financial accounting and analysis, IFRS, reporting, consolidation, due diligence and business strategy, budgets, cash flow forecasting, variance analysis.
